on the market.
Product features:
1)To insure that our products withstand many years of rugged use, we use only
11-ply hardwood plywood for our cabinets.
2)Added Stability with 15" deep storage and kitchen units
3)On our colored melamine, only MDF board is used; not particle board. Heavy
duty 2” and 2 1/2” casters are used.
4)All backs are made of either 1/4” white melamine, blue board, or pegboard.
5)Our solid wood pieces are constructed from select hard maple and birch.
6)Piano hinges are on all housekeeping units help eliminate pinch points.
7)Stationary shelves are dadoed in for added strength.
8)Adjustable units use 4 durable shelf supports per shelf.
9)Environmentally friendly water base is used on all of our units, the wood
is sealed, sanded and sprayed with a heavy top coat of super tough, clear
gloss finish .
10)Finally, the unit is packed in a heavy shipping container with corners
and foam to protect it during shipment all made from recycled material.

Shipping information:
All shipments from Wood Etc. are sent to our customers via United Parcel Service
(UPS) or one of the many common carriers such as Roadway, Consolidated Freightways,
American Freight, and numerous regional carriers. It is Wood Etc.’s policy to
ship all merchandise the least expensive way possible to its final destination,
unless we are instructed to use a specified freight company. Products are shipped
FOB from one of these locations: Dallas, TX. Sturgis, SD - Joliet, IL - West
Unity, OH. If merchandise needs to be returned, (after receiving return authorization),
it must be returned via the same carrier that first delivered the merchandise,
unless instructed by Wood Etc. to use a different carrier. This will help to
expedite freight claims and speed up replacement shipments. (For full freight

Guarantees Satisfaction:
Wood Etc. policy requires customer satisfaction for every product we sell.
Should you discover any manufacturer’s defect due to materials or workmanship
during the first year, Wood Etc. will replace the product at no charge, after
which our extended lifetime warranty will replace any defective part to the
original purchaser. For answers to any questions or help with a problem, please
call our customer service department at 800-733-5755. In fairness to all our
valued customers, Wood Etc.’s guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse,
abuse, or mistreatment of our products
RETURN PROCEDURE:
1. Customer must receive return authorization.
2. Product must be returned freight prepaid, (Freight collect items will be
refused).
3. UPS shipments must be returned via manufactures call tag. UPS charges will
be billed to customer.
4. Manufacturer, at it’s sole discretion, will repair or replace any warranted
item.
5. Warranted item will be returned freight prepaid to customer.
6. Guarantee excludes misuse, abuse, or accidental damage not due to material
or workmanship.
